BIO

Born in 1989 in Milano, Italy, Camilla Topuntoli is a Director of Photography based in Göteborg, Sweden. 

Camilla first studied Visual Art and Cinema History at Brera Milano, then, Cinematography at DFFB German Film and Television Academy Berlin and completed a Master in Film-making Process at Valand-Academy of Arts at the University of Gothenburg. 

This globe-trotting approach influences her polished visual style, which highlights small details in order to bring emotional narratives to the fore. Her work expands between fiction, documentary and video art. 

She is a 2020 Berlinale Talents alumna and Associate member of the Swedish Society of Cinematographers.
